PRODUCT RETURNS / WITHDRAWAL
To avoid your own inconvenience, we would recommend that you pay attention at the time of delivery of your order to the condition of the product sold and its packaging intact, in order to detect any obvious defects, such as incorrect product shipment, broken product, defective parts, etc. Returns of products sold through our Company Website are provided in the following cases:

According to the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection, the customer has the right to withdraw unjustifiably and return the product within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt. The product must be in its original condition, not used, its packaging must be intact (closed) and include the original contents. In this case, the return costs will be borne by the customer.

In case of defective product, in terms of its operation (DOA), the customer has the right to withdraw with a refund or replace the defective product with a new one or replace it with another model of his choice at a corresponding price (for price differences contact the store is required) within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt. In this case, the return costs (or the new shipment, in cases of replacement / change) will be borne by the Company.

In the above cases, the customer will be responsible for the loss or deterioration of the products until their return to the Company. Therefore, we recommend that returns be made either by registered letter from ELTA or by using courier services.

In the event that a deposit has been made, by any method of payment, for an order that contains products with a state of availability "upon order" there will be no right of withdrawal.

In case the reason for the return is a defect or damage during the transfer, the return costs are borne by the company 007houseagent if the shipment was undertaken by the cooperating transport company of the company 007houseagent. However, if the shipment of the order was undertaken by the customer with a transport company of his choice, the company 007houseagent does not bear any responsibility for any damage or defect suffered by the product or products during transport. In case you wish to return the product or products you ordered for someone else due to e.g. you are not satisfied with the quality, the color etc. then the shipping costs of the return of the product are not covered by the company 007houseagent and are charged to the customer.



Refunds do not include initial shipping costs. Also the products which are mentioned as after order, are not returned.



Prerequisites for product return:



The product has not been used

The product must not have been assembled

The product is accompanied by its original packaging and all its contents

For items that have special factory packaging, their packaging must not have been tampered with or damaged.

Do not remove any labels or brand markings, etc. that the products may have on them

In any case, the products you wish to return must be accompanied by the necessary legal documents and receipts.

Upon receipt of the product, call us at 21 08 31 33 30 or contact us via the email form on the website, explaining the reason you wish to cancel the order. One of our partners will serve you immediately and will inform you about your options.



In case your order has already been invoiced and you wish to cancel it, then contact the Customer Service Department at 21 08 31 33 30 and provide the details of your order. Also, since the order has been invoiced and has now been routed for its delivery, the return costs are borne by the customer.
